Code of Conduct at LeisurUp

LeisurUp is committed to providing a safe and secure business environment built on mutual respect for all participants. 
Inappropriate behaviour, disrespect or harassment are not part of the LeisurUp experience and will not be tolerated. 
By accessing LeisurUp you agree to respect all individuals, onsite or online, regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other difference. 
Everyone at LeisurUp is subject to the event’s Code of Conduct.

LeisurUp defines inappropriate behaviour as any form of verbal or physical abuse; the use of depreciative or discriminatory language, gestures or actions; any form of harassment, racism or sexism; inappropriate physical contact; or any targeted comments which may cause personal offence to other individuals. 
Exhibitors and standholders should not use images or other materials or conduct activities on their stands that may cause offence. 
All participants should be dressed according to business norms in order to create an environment that respects other participants and which does not cause offence.

LeisurUp retains the right to take action against anyone who does not respect the Code of Conduct, disrupts the event or makes the environment hostile for any participants. including, but not limited to, refusing entry or removing the individual(s) from the event.

If you believe you have observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it onsite to a member of the LeisurUp staff, identifiable by their badges.

Please remember that notifying the LeisurUp team does not replace contacting the local police if you believe this is appropriate.

Code of Conduct violations diminish your experience at LeisurUp. We want to create a positive environment where you achieve your goals in an atmosphere of mutual respect and professionalism. We want to do this for you and with you. We’re in this together!
